InvisibleFix (“the App”, “we”, “our”) is a privacy-first web app (PWA) that cleans and normalizes text locally, in your browser, before you publish. This Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how your data is protected.

1. Privacy-first principle

The text you paste into InvisibleFix is processed entirely in your browser. It is the core promise of the product:

• your text is never sent to our servers;
• your text is never stored, logged, transmitted, or analyzed externally;
• your text is never sent to any AI service or analytics service.

Our backend explicitly rejects any request that could carry text content (fields such as text, content, input, rawText, cleanedText or postBody are refused and not logged).

2. Information We Collect

InvisibleFix collects as little as possible.

✔️ Free use (no account)

Using the free version requires no account and no credit card. A small counter and an anonymous, randomly generated install identifier are stored locally on your device to track your free cleanups. If your device contacts our backend to sync that counter, only the anonymous install identifier is sent, never your text.

✔️ PRO subscription

PRO is an annual subscription handled by our payment provider, Freemius. When you activate PRO, we store the information needed to recognize your access:

• your Freemius license identifier and subscription status;
• activation and expiration dates;
• where provided by Freemius, the billing email associated with your license.

To verify your access, the App sends your license key (and the anonymous install identifier) to our backend. It never sends your text.

❌ We DO NOT collect

• any text you type, paste, clean, or process;
• clipboard content beyond immediate local processing;
• content from other applications;
• browsing behavior or usage analytics;
• sensitive data (address, phone number, demographics).

3. Local Storage on Your Device

To make the App work, some non-sensitive data is kept only in your browser storage and never synchronized to us:

• your free-cleanup counter and anonymous install identifier;
• your PRO entitlement status (once verified);
• your PRO cleanup history, which is stored only on your device and is never uploaded.

You can clear this data at any time from your browser settings.

4. Clipboard Access

InvisibleFix accesses text only when you explicitly paste it into the App and only to clean it in real time.

• clipboard content is processed only in the moment;
• clipboard data is never stored;
• clipboard data never leaves your device.

InvisibleFix does not monitor clipboard activity in the background.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

PRO payments are processed by Freemius. Freemius collects and processes billing information under its own privacy policy:

InvisibleFix never accesses or stores your credit card information. Billing, renewals, refunds, and the customer portal are managed by Freemius.

6. Third-Party Services

InvisibleFix does not use advertising networks, tracking SDKs, or behavioral analytics tools.

The only third parties involved are:

• Freemius, for PRO checkout, billing, and subscription management;
• Cloudflare, which hosts the app and runs the backend that verifies PRO access and the free-trial counter. The backend receives only your license key and an anonymous install identifier, never your text.

7. Data Security

We implement strict security measures:

• encrypted connections (SSL/TLS);
• secrets stored securely and never exposed in client code;
• complete isolation of your text content through local-only processing.

8. Children’s Privacy

InvisibleFix is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, as well as data portability. Because billing data is held by Freemius, requests about payment information may be directed to Freemius or to us, and we will help you reach the right party.
