InvisibleFix (“the App”, “we”, “our”) provides tools for cleaning and normalizing text locally on your device, including:
- the InvisibleFix Web App (PWA)
- the InvisibleFix iOS/Android App
- the InvisibleFix Keyboard Extension
- our account system and Pro subscription services
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how your data is protected.
1. Information We Collect
InvisibleFix collects only what is strictly necessary to create and manage your account.

- Password (hashed, never stored in plain text)

- Subscription status (Free, Pro via Stripe, Pro via Apple In-App Purchases)
- Activation and expiration dates
- Account preferences
❌ We DO NOT collect
- Any text you type, paste, clean, or process
- Clipboard content beyond immediate local processing
- Keystrokes from the keyboard extension
- Content from other applications
- Browsing behavior or usage analytics
- Sensitive data (address, phone number, demographics)
2. Text Cleaning & Processing Privacy
InvisibleFix is designed for maximum privacy and local-first processing.
✔️ All text processing happens locally on your device.
✔️ No text is sent to our servers.
✔️ No text is stored, logged, transmitted, or analyzed externally.
This applies to:
- the Web App
- the iOS/Android App
- the Keyboard Extension
3. Clipboard Access
InvisibleFix may access the system clipboard to allow users to clean or normalize text they explicitly paste into the App or keyboard interface.
- Clipboard content is processed only in real time
- Clipboard data is never stored
- Clipboard data never leaves your device
InvisibleFix does not monitor clipboard activity in the background.
4. InvisibleFix Keyboard Extension (iOS & Android)
The keyboard extension helps you clean text inside other applications.
4.1 Full Access on iOS
iOS may request “Full Access” to enable certain keyboard features.
InvisibleFix does NOT use Full Access to transmit, store, track, or monitor user data.
We do not:
- record keystrokes
- collect text input
- send content to servers
- track activity in other apps
Full Access is used only to enable:
- text cleaning features
- keyboard toolbar actions
- synchronization of Pro subscription status
5. Payments and Subscriptions
5.1 Web (PWA) – Stripe
Payments on the web are processed by Stripe.
Stripe may collect payment-related information according to its own Privacy Policy:

InvisibleFix does not store credit card information.
5.2 iOS – Apple In-App Purchases (IAP)
Payments inside the iOS App use Apple’s In-App Purchase system.
- Billing and refunds are handled by Apple
- We never access your payment credentials
5.3 Unified Account Synchronization
If you purchase:
- a subscription through Apple → Pro features unlock across all devices tied to your account
- a subscription through Stripe → Pro features unlock on Web and iOS
6. Third-Party Services
InvisibleFix does not use:
- advertising networks
- tracking SDKs
- behavioral analytics tools
The only third parties involved are:
- Stripe (web payments)
- Apple (iOS payments and App Store distribution)
7. Data Security
We implement strict security measures:
- Secure password hashing
- SSL/TLS encryption
- Secure servers for account management
- Complete isolation of text content (local-only processing)
8. Children’s Privacy
InvisibleFix is not directed to children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request:
- Access to your personal data
- Correction
- Deletion
- Account closure
- Data portability
